BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your table will be guaranteed for a maximum period of 15 minutes in case of delay.

You will have a period of 1h45 to enjoy the experience.

For reservations of 6 people or more, a credit card number will be required. No charge will be made to your credit card. This is requested as a guarantee in case of non-cancellation in advance or no-show. To confirm your booking, you must enter your credit card details 24 hours in advance.

It is recommended to indicate any kind of food allergy or intolerance.

Your table will not be confirmed until you receive the e-mail notifying you.

The Portal does not allow children under 18 years of age to enter after 23:00h.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request that any booking cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations outside of this period will be subject to a fee of 25€ per person, which will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
